Printin48.com is an online print broker and we print from various locations across the U.S. We offer highly competitive prices as we save money by keeping overhead as low as possible and pass the savings to our customers.
Our operation is quite simple but efficient. Our customers place their order from there it goes into our queue, customers are then required to submit the artwork which will be checked and verified by one of our production staff. Once the artwork is approved and moves forward into production.
Everything at Printin48.com is automated, the orders are routed depending on the customers location which allows to save time and money. The benefit from printing and shipping from various locations such as Miami, Fl; Los Angeles, CA; Dallas, TX and Akron, OH it allows customers to get a more reasonable transit time. If a customer lives in Los Angeles, CA and the job would print from Miami, the regular transit time for UPS Ground is about 6 business days in addition UPS calculates their shipping rate from distance. So a 50lbs - 70lbs package shipped across the country is significantly higher.
So it helps our customers from having to pay for expensive express shipments as a 50lbs package from Miami to Los Angeles could easily cost up to $200 where as shipping it from our Los Angeles location you can now have a 1 - 2 day service with UPS ground for only about $30 - $40.
We also encourage our customers to use our online communication system or chat line as it provides a much faster response time than contacting us by phone. We do not keep a large customer service staff and majority of our staff is in production. Sending a ticket will route it to the correct location and your answer can be answer from a few hours to 24 hrs the longest. If you leave a voicemail our response time is 24 - 48 hrs.
