You can make purchases on Printin48.com 24/7 and 7 days a week. Our order process is quite simple and easy. Shop for your product, select your items along with the options available, securely check out and then check your order status.
1. Select Your Product
Our website features the most common and popular printing products, we are able to print custom items please email us for details.
You can select each product for a detailed description, guides, specifications and technical detail. You can add them into your shopping cart and continue shopping. Also additional options can be selected at that time, to see an updated price you will need to select your option and click the "update" button to reflect your new selection.
Please be sure to check the product page for turnaround times. The turnaround time is the time it takes to produce your order and ship it to you. The shipping time is additional and has to be added to the turnaround time. Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of product and quantity.
Please be mindful of this when ordering. Also, there is no production on weekends and holidays, this includes shipping as well. So if you are ordering on Friday, Saturday and Sunday do not count. All of our timelines refer to Business Days.
2. Check Out Your Purchase
After you made your selection you are able to check out your purchase and make the payment to finalize your order. We require that you create an account with our website. Your account will enable you to check you order status, print invoices, change payment methods (once you submit your payment via credit card, it will be immediately processed), upload artwork and manage your profile. This will allow you to make repeat order without having to create a new account
Security:Our website is secured via RC4 128-bit SSL which is the technology banks and other major retailers use to protect its customers. Any section on our website that processes any type of confidential or billing information is secured and you can verify the connection with the "https:" instead of the "http:". New browsers also allow you to click on the lock or the https icon to view the security certificate.
The "Https" indicates that there is a secure connection between your computer and our servers which encrypts all information that is being transmitted either way making it impossible for anyone to intercept or decrypt this information. 3. Finalizing Your Order
Once your payment has been submitted you will receive an online invoice along with an email invoice. The Invoice number is your order number for reference. If you are paying by check or money order we suggest to print the invoice and mail it along with your payment but be sure to write your order number on the check or money order.
ALL orders require payment in full including any design or web work.

4. Checking Your Order Status
Your account with Printin48.com will allow you to check the status of your order. Our staff will update comments and notes regarding your order, so please be sure to check your account until your order has been marked "Shipped". Should we have problem with your artwork, our staff will instruct you via your account. Our system is set up to automatically email you, however due to your email settings they may wind up in your Spam folder and you may not receive them.
Orders typically ship within 3 - 5 business days as our standard production. If you choose our expedited they will ship within 48 hours. CD and DVD orders usually ship within 7 - 10 business days from the approval of all assets by our production team. You may receive partial shipments depending on items ordered. Example: You order 2000 Replicated CD's with Cases and CD Inserts. You will receive several boxes for your CD's, Cases and Print Material. They may not arrive all at the exact same time as your print material maybe finished before you Media.
