1. Select Your Product Our website features the most common and popular printing products, we are able to print custom items please email us for details.
You can select each product for a detailed description, guides, specifications and technical detail. You can add them into your shopping cart and continue shopping.
2. Check Out Your Purchase After you made your selection you are able to check out your purchase and make the payment to finalize your order. We require that you create an account with our website. Your account will enable you to check you order status, print invoices, change payment methods (once you submit your payment via credit card, it will be immediately processed), upload artwork and manage your profile. This will allow you to make repeat order without having to create a new account
Note: Changing Your Payment Method: Credit Card payments are processed immediately and changing the method DOES NOT stop your initial payment, the inital payment will be processed.
Check and Money Orders can be changed to a Credit Card payment for faster processing. If you are sending in your payment you have to consider the mail transit time to reach us and then there is an min. 10 day hold before processing your order. We have to verify the payment as valid and unfortunately Banks are not able to provide faster clearing. This is a measure to protect our business due to the high fraud committed with check and money order payments. If you don't mind waiting then you are fine. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. No order will be processed unless full payment has been received.
3. Finalizing Your Order Once your payment has been submitted you will receive an online invoice along with an email invoice. The Invoice number is your order number for reference. If you are paying by check or money order we suggest to print the invoice and mail it along with your payment but be sure to write your order number on the check or money order.
If you are paying by Paypal, you must complete the order with Paypal if you cancel before you complete the payment our system will flag your order as payment not received eventhough you will receive an invoice, however your status will state "Awaiting Payment". You can complete the payment by logging into your account.
Incomplete Paypal orders will be cancelled and deleted within 24 hrs.
Check and Money Order will be cancelled and deleted within 7 business days.
Once you complete your order you will be able to upload your artwork
4. Checking Your Order Status Your account with Printin48.com will allow you to check the status of your order. Our staff will update comments and notes regarding your order, so please be sure to check your account until your order has been marked "Shipped". Should we have problem with your artwork, our staff will instruct you via your account. Our system is set up to automatically email you, however due to your email settings they may wind up in your Spam folder and you may not receive them.
Order typically ship within 3 - 5 business days as our standard production. If you choose our expedited they will ship within 48 hours. CD and DVD orders usually ship within 7 - 10 business days from the approval of all assets by our production team. You may receive partial shipments depending on items ordered. Example: You order 2000 Replicated CD's with Cases and CD Inserts. You will receive several boxes for your CD's, Cases and Print Material. They may not arrive all at the exact same time as your print material maybe finished before you Media.
