After you make your purchase you can upload your files at the completion page of your order OR you can always log into your account that you will create at the time of purchase and access the upload links directly from there.

If we delay your artwork, we will reprocess your files through our queue which means that you may submit you files today but our graphics department may not be able to view your files until 24 hours from receipt. One of the biggest challenges occur when customers do not hire a professional designers. Your files must be approved by our production department before your job goes into production. Please check your account to ensure your files have been verified. If we reject your files we will include the reason and how to fix the problem. You will need to make the changes requested and resubmit the files. The job is put on hold until we receive the corrected files and verify for correctness.
Your online account serves as your main communication and order status tracker. Make sure that you check your account frequently throughout your order process until it is marked as "Shipped" as this is the final stage. You will be able to track your shipment directly from your online account.
