How do I return an item?

By placing an order with Printin48.com you agree to all of our terms and policies

Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority but due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer returns unless it is a defect or a company at fault situation which cannot be rectified. All of our Sales are final!
We may issue store credit only.

Printin48.com will try its best to satisfy our customers but unfortunately, in our nature of business once an order is printed, it is a final process that can't be modified or changed. If it is due to our fault, we will at our discretion reprint, offer store credit or in severe cases if decided by management refund payment.

Usually if there is an issue, it always boils down to color issues. Monitor to print always differs unless your monitor has been calibrated to your software. If your job is color critical, we recommend you request color matching which is offered at an additional cost and time. (we have to send you proofs for approval which will add additional days of processing). Our standard processing does not offer color matching and we print your files as is. Our production department will only check if the files can be printed that includes the following: a) proper resolution, b) size c) bleed. Customers are responsible for proper text placement and design. We are also not responsible should text get cut off due to improper bleeds or design. You have to design your text and graphics within the safety zone, if you it goes outside the safety zone there is a good possibility that it will be cut off.

We will only honor a return once it has been approved by management and returns are only approved if Digital Media Concepts & Solutions is at fault. You will need a RMA# to return your product. We will not refund orders that have not met deadlines (unless you purchased a guarantee at additional cost), lost by the shipping carriers, you are unable to produce or submit the necessary files for production, or you simply change your mind. If there has been damage to your package or your package has been lost, we will help you file a claim with the respective carrier, however refunds need to be given by the carrier. 

All sales are final and we only issue store credit that can be redeemed at any time within 1 year.

Below are situations where we absolutely DO NOT offer any refunds:
  • Our processing times are NOT guaranteed. We are not responsible for missed deadlines as long as they have been shipped within reason (90% of our jobs ship within 48 hrs, we allow up to 5 days from approval to be considered reasonable). Also you need to make sure that you purchased the correct shipping for your projects and allow for any mishap such as delays and mechanical failure.
  • Delay of artwork. This includes emailing the wrong email address, submitting artwork without proper identification, incorrect artwork and but not limited to resubmission without notifying Printin48.com. We try to be very clear with the instructions and post them throughout our websites, accounts and notifications. However this remains our main reason for delay. If you purchased "print-only" we will only print your files. We will not make any modification, adjustments or resizings. It is required that you submit the files are outlined on our website. We will not refund an order because of these delays as it takes resources on our behalf to process orders as such. You order will remain active until you submit the correct files.

    Please be sure to log into your online account at http://www.printin48.com/myaccount.asp. We post all communication in your account under "View Your Orders". Once your order is complete we will also email you the tracking number. The reason being is that a lot of times our emails may wind up in the spam/bulk mail folder if you do not put us on the safe sender list. In order to avoid this we post all of our communication in your account that you can view at any time.

  • Change of Mind. You need to make sure that you are ready to place an order, we are not responsible if your artwork was designed wrong or you need to add something else. So be certain that you are ready. We will only offer a store credit
However there are situations where refunds are just. In case of a refund you will receive it back on the credit card you used to purchased it. It usually take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days to complete your refund from Printin48.com to process it to your bank to apply it.

Also you must understand and agree by submitting your order that printing does not start until your print-ready artwork has been received and approved by our production department. You have read, agree and accept our terms of service outlined on our website which includes processing, production, shipping, refunds and returns. We are by no means responsible for incorrect and/or delayed artwork submitted by customer. It is the customers sole responsibility to submit the correct formatted print-ready artwork for print. If you need color-matching you must request to for us to do so at an additional charge. Printin48.com will notify you within 24 hours of the status of your order. If you are unsure of your artwork, we suggest you contact us prior placing your order. You will get store credit.

Our processing times are not guaranteed as we work with machines and humans. Our turnaround times listed on our website are an average estimate on how long it usually takes. However, our on time delivery is 90% but we will notify you should we run into any type of problems which doesn't happen a lot.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers. We will assist you in claiming your packages, locating and tracing your order. We can only control what happens within our organization and we have absolutely no control over an outside shipping company. Should you have any carrier problems you will need to contact the shipping carrier for resolution. We will assist you in your claim but you have to agree not hold Digital Media Concepts & Solutions Printin48.com liable for any losses, damages or delays caused by the carriers.

We will notify you by email and update in your online account. Please be sure to check the account as well as your spam mail. We are not able to contact customers by phone to inform you on issues regarding your order.
